Trailer Park, the Engine Group-owned full-service creative shop, announced today it has hired Howard Moggs as senior vice president and development director. Moggs joins the company from Saatchi & Saatchi’s Team One, where he has served as CMO and management director of business development and marketing since 2014.

Moggs will report directly to Trailer Park CEO Zihla Salinas. His focus in the newly created role will be generating long-term relationships with new partners and building on existing business with entertainment and brand clients.

“As Trailer Park climbs to new heights, it’s crucial for us to have a senior leader who is wholly devoted to growing our business,” Salinas said in a statement. “Howard’s strategic mind and savvy business sense will be a major asset. We look forward to working with new clients as well as strengthening our current partnerships under his direction.”

Julie Michael, president of Team One, provided the following statement to Adweek: “We are appreciative of Howard’s contributions while he was with Team One, and we wish him the very best in his next career chapter. We absolutely intend to continue our path of strategic and managed growth here at Team One, across all five of our U.S. offices. Our plan is to replace Howard’s role and we are actively vetting candidates.”

Moggs started his career in London, co-founding various consultancies and then leading new business for creative agency Ralph. According to Trailer Park, he moved to Los Angeles to help open Ralph’s first U.S. office. Ralph now has hubs in London, New York and L.A.

“Today’s modern marketers are demanding huge amounts of high-quality, culturally relevant content to connect with consumers in the ever-increasing channel they frequent,” Moggs said in a statement, “and they need this content faster than ever before. With world-class creative and strategic capabilities, Trailer Park is able to nimbly solve our client’s business challenges and then activate full-service, in-house production capabilities to deliver content at lightening speed.”

Trailer Park is headquartered in Hollywood with offices in New York, London and Burbank, Calif. The agency says it specializes in content creation and entertainment marketing and claims to have added 30 new clients within the past two years. It also recently launched a dedicated strategy group called Marquee.
