The&Partnership Announces Its New Chief Strategy Officer After Some Big New Business Wins

In her first 2 months, Shobha Sairam helped land the clients

The&Partnership announced today that it has hired Shobha Sairam as the agency’s new chief strategy officer. The news is effective immediately, as Sairam has been with the agency for roughly two months now.

In her role, Sairam will be responsible for managing strategy for clients across the agency, including some of The&Partnership’s newest clients such as Captain D’s (which the agency said Sairam was instrumental in helping win during her first two months with The&Partnership) and another that is yet to be announced publicly.

“Success for me looks like us strengthening our strategic footprint with clients that we have and making sure we tell our story from a strategic perspective on clients that are just getting to know us as we scale in this market,” Andrew Bailey, partner and CEO of The&Partnership, said.

Sairam joined The&Partnership from Bullish Inc. Prior to that, she gained media planning and strategy experience across a number of agencies including Deutsch in New York and Leo Burnett in Chicago and London as well as Mother.

“I’ve worked across some pretty big clients but in environments that were small and creative and environments that were big and traditional. The ability I have to flex between working in a really scrappy way, but also looking ahead to putting in practices, tools and real vigorous strategic practices in an agency like this is where I can help out,” Sairam said.
