In her new role, Kolodij will oversee audience intelligence (where she previously served as vp, intelligence director), connections planning/media and contributions/analytics. Earlier in her career, Kolodij was responsible for consumer insight and brand positioning at Hill, Holliday for the Liberty Mutual, Procter & Gamble, Rockport and Cognos accounts.
