Leandra Medine, a 27-year-old fashion blogger, has become a fashion icon herself—and now has the digs befitting a woman of her standing. The native New Yorker launched Man Repeller in 2010, and it quickly became a destination for the fashion elite. It would stand to reason, then, that Medine would require a workspace that marries her own personal aesthetic and day-to-day business operations. “We kept it fairly minimal, installing tons of lights because the back room is a bit dark and making sure the walls we put up to separate our private office and conference rooms were made from clear glass,” she said. “Most of the furniture is white lacquer with accents in copper—a theme we carried over from the first space—and washed wood.” With the help of Elisa Shankle at the interior design shop Homepolish, Medine’s new home base is definitely the height of fashion.
