Naked Communications Adds 3 Leaders in New York

Will focus on strategy, creative efforts, business development

Naked Communications is continuing its leadership reboot in New York, with the addition of executives to lead strategy, creative efforts and business development.

The new head of strategy is Ben Parker, a former group strategy director at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. Parker absorbs responsibilities previously held by former CEO Carla Serrano, who left in January to become chief strategy officer at Publicis Kaplan Thaler.

Assuming the role of creative director is Adrien Bindi, a former cd at Young & Rubicam and senior art director at Wieden + Kennedy and Goodby. The position is new, as Naked historically has focused primarily on communications planning.

Taking charge of business development is Beth Kaiser, a consultant and former head of planning at Arnold in New York. In addition to leading new business efforts, Kaiser will look to expand Naked's service offering. Her title is head of brand and client development.

Reflecting on the hires, CEO Troy Kelley, a new agency leader himself, said, "The addition of Ben, Beth and Adrien allows us to upgrade our capabilities across the board. With our nimble structure, their presence will have an immediate impact on all of our clients."
