Expanding its digital out-of-home advertising network, Premier Retail Networks announced Friday (Oct. 16) it had signed a deal to provide national and regional ad sales representation for IndoorDirect, which operates The Restaurant Television Network in quick-service and casual dining restaurant chains.
It’s the third representation deal PRN has inked to leverage its ad sales division for a digital out-of-home network it does not operate.
The deal with IndoorDirect gives PRN, which operates networks in more than 6,400 retail and grocery stores, gives PRN advertisers access to inventory across more than 1,050 restaurants associated with national chains including Wendy’s, Denny’s, Arby’s, Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s and McDonald’s. It’s a strong complement to the strategic alliance PRN signed in September with TargetCast Networks, which operates a network in casual dining chains such as Applebee’s Chili’s and Hooters.
“Between our own digital media networks, this strategic alliance with IndoorDirect and other alliances previously announced, PRN is well on its way to becoming the one-stop shop for national and regional advertisers when buying and placing media in the out-of-home space,” said D. Scott Karnedy, chief of sales for PRN.
