Sega Picks Leagas Delaney

SAN FRANCISCO — Sega of America, which oversees the Sega Sports and Entertainment brands, has consolidated its advertising account with Leagas Delaney in San Francisco, sources said.

FCB in San Francisco was the other shop pitching for the consolidated account. Both FCB and Leagas have worked for the client over the past few years.

The San Francisco-based video game maker spends approximately $25 million annually on its combined sports and entertainment business, according to CMR.

Sega representatives did not return calls. FCB and Leagas Delaney were not available for comment at press time.
