ABC, Verizon Getting Lost


ABC is partnering with Verizon on a cool interactive feature tied to the series finale of Lost.

Here is how it works: fans that watch Lost on Wednesday May 18, will be prompted to look for a special code during the broadcast. When they see it, they can text the code, along with a farewell message to the show.

ABC will select some of the texted fan messages to be featured on the Lost retrospective special slated for Sunday, May 23, Lost: The Final Journey. The retrospective runs from 7-9 p.m., leading into the series finale, which will run from 9-11:30.

Before you get too excited, there are a couple of catches. You must be a Verizon customer to participate, and you only have 30 minuets after the code appears to text your message. If you miss it, tough luck.
