Yesterday, Hearst Magazines president Cathie Black announced new editors in chief at Town&Country, VERANDA and House Beautiful. Today, The New York Post reports that Stacy Morrison, Redbook‘s editor in chief since July 2004, is on her way out as well.
The Post points out that circulation at the magazine has dropped by some 200,000 over the past three years. A Hearst spokesperson told the Post the publishing house doesn’t have any news about editorial changes beyond yesterday’s announcement. In the meantime, we recommend you check out Stacy’s Redbook blog, “Something About Stacy,” for occasional updates about parenting; what Morrison would do with her own TV show; and her divorce memoir, Falling Apart in One Piece.
