There appears to be a major problem with people downloading the new operating system on their iPhones that's rendering them unusable. There's been a steady stream of tweets from journalists, marketers and others, documenting their dismay over what's happened to the pocket-size supercomputer by simply trying to upgrade its software.
Apple is responding on Twitter by telling customers to back up their files and updating via iTunes.
