Bravo Announces Real Housewives And Top Chef Games, Leverage Facebook Connect

Bravo is creating a series of games based on their Top Chef and Real Housewives television brands that will be playable at and on iPhone and the iPod. The games leverage Facebook Connect, allowing users post scores and challenges to their Facebook profiles.

The games are planned for release this summer, and will be playable at The Real Housewives game will also be available at the iTunes App Store. The games will leverage advertising for their monetization. The first game is called “Top Chef Food Fight” and launches in April, and allows users to upload their face onto former “cheftestants”, and they earn points and achievements by making as big a mess as they can.

The second game is called the “Real Housewives Hidden Object Game”, and will be availbe in May. The game is described as follows:

“…find items the housewives need to attend their next social event. Each scene will be based around a different installment of the Real Housewives franchise, i.e. dinner at an Italian restaurant with the New Jersey cast, or backstage at a fashion show with the Atlanta cast.”

The third game, also based on Top Chef, is called “Who Is Top Chef?” and it launches in June. The game will be a series of mini games designed to test players agility, speed and memory.
