Celebs, Brands, Cos. Tune Into TweetMixx Channels

Social-voting site Mixx expanded on its TweetMixx link-discovery platform with TweetMixx Channels, a service that allows celebrities, brands and companies to consolidate their Twitter traffic and mentions on one page, TechCrunch reported.

The branded, customizable pages include the current Twitter feed, tweets and updates from fans and relevant links, and TweetMixx Channels can also be used as a tracking and monitoring tool for mentions and conversations about a brand taking place on the social-networking site, according to TechCrunch. The pages can also include vanity URLs and an “Insiders” tab within the channel with a list of employees or Twitter users associated with a company or brand.
