In the past two months, Estee Lauder has been staffing up in its online and social media departments, which means more opportunities for job seekers. In July, the beauty giant was looking for a community manager, and now it has an open position for an assistant manager in its community department.

From the job description details, the company is looking to maintain a detailed calendar of posts on various social media platforms. Consistent messaging, customer service and FAQs will be its main focus. Estee Lauder also needs this candidate to produce its Bobbi Loves blog, developing its calendar, sourcing copy elements, curating images and securing third-party releases.
