Leading social enterprise provider Buddy Media added a new tool to its social marketing suite today: ConversionBuddy.
ConversionBuddy adds analytics to Buddy Media’s suite of social marketing products.
Using the conversion tool, brands can track consumers’ likes and shares on Facebook and follow them through to click-throughs and sales.
Additionally, companies can see which content and products are most popular on Facebook and retrace how social content moved about within the social-network framework.
Companies can also identify brand advocates, or fans who most frequently share social content, and locate the audiences that generate highest traffic and revenue per share.
Buddy Media provides over 50 social applications for brands to choose from to develop social content such as content on Facebook page tabs.
“Buddy Media… is the first and only software solution that doesn’t just measure qualitative data, but also measures how a brand’s connections tie directly to sales and other conversions,” said Michael Lazerow, chief executive officer of Buddy Media in a press release.
