Facebook announced in October that it was testing ways for people to more easily search for and block offensive words from appearing in comments on their posts, and it appears that the social network is taking those tests one step further.

Developer and blogger Jane Manchun Wong shared a screenshot in a tweet that displays users being given the option to block specific words, phrases and emojis from appearing in comments on their Timelines, similar to Twitter’s mute feature.

A Facebook spokesperson confirmed that these options were being tested.

The instructions in the screenshot read, “Add words, phrases or emojis that you don’t want to appear in comments on your Timeline. The people who post those comments and their friends will still be able to see them.”
