The right combination of news experience and technological acumen has eluded Facebook thus far, but sources told Kurt Wagner of Recode the social network is still looking to hire someone to lead its news products.

According to Wagner, this new role—which would report to vice president of product Fidji Simo, and which is not listed on the company’s website—is not the same post filled by former NBC News and CNN anchor Campbell Brown, who joined Facebook in January as head of its news partnerships team.

Sources told Wagner whoever fills the post will focus on news products for media partners, such as Instant Articles, as well as aid in the social network’s ongoing battle against fake news.

Facebook would not provide a comment to Wagner.
