Facebook To Stream f8 Developer Event For Free

Following in the footsteps of other popular events that have shifted to providing a free version of their event, Facebook has decided to stream all f8 talks later this month for free via the f8 Facebook Page. Facebook has also decided to partner with Livestream, instead of uStream, to stream the entire event. Livestream has a tool for embedding live events directly within Facebook Pages among other things.

If you didn’t happen to get a ticket to this year’s event because it sold out too quickly, now you’ll be able to attend the event virtually. While the biggest opportunity is to network with other developers, you won’t want to miss out on this year’s announcements which are sure to be significant. If you want to access the event, you can do so via the f8 Facebook Page.
