Forbes is expanding its empire with the launch of Forbes.fr. The new site is expected to debut this fall, via a partnership with 360BusinessMedia. A magazine will follow shortly afterward.
Forbes France will feature French-language content. Seventy percent of the site’s content will be French and European business news. The remaining 30 percent will be derived from other Forbes’ across the globe.
“We’re excited about Forbes’ expansion into France, starting with the launch of Forbes.fr,” said Forbes Media COO Mike Federle, in a statement. “360BusinessMedia has achieved tremendous success in France, and we’re confident that the group will develop an important presence for Forbes. This launch continues our rapid expansion into Western Europe, which has become a strategic footprint for Forbes.”
