Matthews’s ‘weird’ thoughts on Souder-abstinence video

“This is so weird, this story. This is so weird!”
–A semi-off air remark by MSNBC “Hardball” host Chris Matthews late Tuesday night as the network broke for a commercial. Matthews was referring to Rep. Mark Souder (R-Ind.) admitting to an extramarital affair as well as the video that has surfaced in which the congressman talks abstinence with the alleged mistress Tracy Jackson.
