Google Releases Buzz Safety Video For Teen Users

Google Buzz has been having a few issues with privacy and data security recently. To combat the possibilities of problems with teenagers, they’ve released a video entitled Buzz Teen Safety Tips. The video highlights many of the security elements of Buzz and how to control them.

The video explains how Buzz works, and how it lets you share your content with friends. It explains that users must be 13 or older to use Buzz. They then explain how posting will cause your information to be shared to your circle.

There are other explanations about how to block and unblock your followers, how to control your Google profile and what information you can choose to display and add and how to add, remove and modify existing comments.

Finally, they explain how to completely remove Buzz, but they actually tell you how to completely delete your Google Profile. Take a look here.
