A former editor of Time Inc.'s Money magazine, Schurenberg succeeds president Bob LaPointe, who will stay on in a new role of evp of new business development. LaPointe cited the difficulties of commuting between home in Boston and New York, where Inc. is based, as a major factor in his decision to step down. He will work out of Inc.’s Boston office.
