La Gazzetta dello Sport.it Scores Hattrick Deal with 2010 World Cup Approaching


With 2010 World Cup FIFA South Africa set to kick off June 11, Italian sports publication La Gazzetta dello Sport.it satisfied its fantasy-soccer itch by teaming up with online football-management game Hattrick.

Under terms of the Italy-specific partnership, the two sites will cross-promote to drive traffic to each other, staging competitions and other events. Hattrick boasts more than 82,000 users in Italy.

La Gazzetta dello Sport.it head of department Sergio Abate said:
