Ask your connections for their opinions

LinkedIn said members can create a lightweight poll in less than 30 seconds LinkedIn

LinkedIn recently introduced the ability for users to add polls to their posts. Our guide will show you how this works.

Note: These screenshots were captured in the LinkedIn application on iOS.

Step 1: Tap “Post” at the bottom of the screen.

Step 2: Tap “Create a poll.”

Step 3: Tap the question and answer fields to type your desired question and answers. Note: The poll has to have at least two possible responses. If you want to add a third or fourth response option, tap the “Add option” button.

By default, a poll will remain active for seven days. If you want to change the poll’s duration, tap the drop-down menu under “Poll duration.” You can choose from one day, three days, seven days, and two weeks.

Step 4: When you’re done creating your poll, tap “Done” in the top-right corner of the screen.

From there, you can continue editing your post as normal before sharing it to your feed.
