Motoko Rich Says Goodbye To Publishing

Motoko Rich, who has broken and deepened many of the major stories of the unfolding eBook market, will no longer cover the publishing beat for The New York Times come May, reports Publishers Weekly.

She will be moving over to the business section, where she will cover the economy. Rich has been with The Times since 2003.

According to Publishers Weekly, “The Times routinely changes its publishing reporter, but no replacement has been named yet.” Her book coverage will be missed.
