A web site that targets businesses who want to learn how to use social media to find leads, increase sales and build brand awareness launched this week.
Social Media Examiner offers tips on how organizations can most effectively use Facebook, Twitter and Linked-In. The site contains articles, videos, case studies, expert interviews and live chat with “social media gurus,” all accompanied by a little cartoon jungle-guide icon (that’s him with the map, in case you hadn’t guessed).
Current content on the site’s front page includes How to Create Headlines That Go Viral With Social Media and Top 10 Easy Steps to Starting a Business Blog, and Using a Cute Little Icon to Lure Bloggers Into Writing About Your New Site. OK, I made up that last one, but I’m willing to pitch the idea for a paid freelance assignment.
