National Hockey League games are postponed for the foreseeable future due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the league is ensuring that its fans get their fill of hockey.

Starting Friday (March 20), the NHL social channels on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter will offer content including classic games, longform content from the NHL Original Productions library and full replays of games that were already played during the 2019-20 regular season.

Also starting Friday and running through April 30, the NHL and Sportsnet will make those full replays of this season’s games available for on-demand streaming via the scores and schedules pages on NHL.com and the league’s application, as well as via NHL Live in Canada.

NHL Pause Binge on NHL.com and the league’s YouTube channel will provide a curated collection of NHL Original Productions content from behind-the-scenes programs Road to the NHL Winter Classic, Behind the Glass and NHL All Access.

Full-length classic games from the 1950s through today will also be included, as will the league’s daily social shows, This Day in History and Players to Watch: Next Gen, and looks back at top moments from past Stanley Cup Playoffs and Stanley Cup Finals.

Other content that will begin appearing on NHL.com and the league’s social channels over the coming weeks includes:

  • #HockeyAtHome, in which players will use that hashtag to share their lives during the league’s temporary hiatus.
  • 2019-20 Season Snapshots, the most memorable moments of the season for all 31 teams, with each video accompanied by an article from NHL.com.
  • Morning Inspiration, a daily dose of inspiration from legendary speeches that were captured in dressing rooms, on the ice and on the benches.
  • 2019-20 Greatest Moments, a bracket-style fan poll enabling them to choose which of 64 milestones, achievements and events from this season was the greatest by casting day-to-day votes.
