British music magazine NME, which has faced a recent dip in circulation numbers, has come out with a slew of new features. The changes will debut with the latest issue of the magazine, which features 10 different covers (featuring either Biffy Clyro, Florence + The Machine, Foals, Jack White, Kasabian, Laura Marling, LCD Soundsystem, Magnetic Man, MIA, or Rihanna). The revamp offers editor Krissi Murison to add her own stamp to the publication since taking the helm this past July.
Changes include the addition of “The Main Event,” a new feature providing an in-depth look into the week’s top news story, “Talking Head” pieces, and the “First Night,” “On The Road” and “In the Studio” features, which provide look at tours and upcoming albums. The weekly magazine’s music section, “Radar,” will now include more band news and first-hand reports.
