Roll Call: GCI Health, Hawaiian Airlines, PitchEngine, and More

GCI Health has three executive announcements. Catherine Falcetti joins the firm as an SVP. She was previously with MSLGroup for 11 years, most recently serving as an SVP in their healthcare group. Also joining from MSLGroup is Robyn Leventhal who is a VP at GCI now. Besides her healthcare work, Leventhal also brings FDA regulatory experience. Julie Fleisher joins as a VP from Ruder Finn where she was a VP of corp comms. She has worked with a number of pharma clients over the years.

Ann Botticelli has joined Hawaiian Airlines as SVP of corporate communications and public affairs, effective October 3. She will step down from her position as VP of community relations and comms at Kamehameha Schools on September 30. She’s replacing Al Hoffman who is retiring on October 3. [via]

Doyle Albee has joined PitchEngine as a strategic adviser. Albee was head of Metzger Associates until 2005 (it was involved with a merger) and then founded the firm’s social media practice. Brian Solis, Dave Armon, and Sarah Evans are also PitchEngine advisers. [via]

Zing Shaw has been appointed VP of US diversity and inclusion, a new nationwide role at Edelman. She was previously the VP of HR. [via PRWeek]

Matt Davis has been promoted to VP of global government affairs and public affairs at Dow Chemical. He was previously VP of public affairs. He’s been with the company since 1987. [via Holmes Report]

Bumble Ward has been named VP of publicity at Twentieth Century Fox, overseeing domestic PR. She replaces Carol Sewell who stepped down in May. Ward has previously worked at a number of entertainment firms and had one of her own, Bumble Ward & Associates, which closed in 2005. [via Variety]
