Twitter Co-Founder Evan Williams Lists His Penthouse

Monkey see, monkey do: After Twitter co-founder Biz Stone listed his $600,000 home in Berkley, Calif., for sale in July, hoping to reduce his commute to the social-networking site’s San Francisco headquarters, Curbed SF reports that Twitter co-founder Evan Williams put his San Francisco penthouse on the block.

Williams told The New York Times earlier this year that he and his wife are building a modern home that they hope will be completed in 2010, according to Curbed SF, so Williams put his SoMa penthouse up for sale.

The 1,792-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath loft is in the David Baker-redesigned Heublein Building at 601 4th St., and it is listed at $1,498,000. According to Curbed SF, it boasts 11-foot ceilings, two-car parking and a 110-inch HD projection screen.
