Twitter introduced the ability for users to choose which lists appeared under their list tabs and pin lists in July, and Monday, the feature was expanded to all iOS users globally.
People accessing Twitter via iOS worldwide can now pin up to five lists directly to their timelines. This is done by tapping the profile to open the home menu and selecting the lists tab, where users can pin, unpin and create lists.
The landing pages for lists were also refreshed, with new elements including header images and upfront context on how many members and subscribers are in that list.
A Twitter spokesperson said in an email, “This is just the beginning of our work to make lists a way to discover and follow conversations about the things you care about. By the end of the year, lists will be getting a revamp with new features including the ability to report, discover and share lists created by the global Twitter community.”
