USA Today Publisher Gannett Re-Elects Board Members, Announces Dividend

Gannett (GCI), the company that publishes widely read daily newspaper USA Today, today announced that it had chosen to keep existing members of its board and keep its dividend at four cents a share.

At an annual meeting, shareholders re-elected Chairman and CEO Craig Dubow as well as directors Howard D. Elias, Arthur H. Harper, John Jeffry Louis, Marjorie Magner, Scott K. McCune, Duncan M. McFarland, Donna E. Shalala, Neal Shapiro and Karen Hastie Williams to one-year terms that will end at next year’s shareholder meeting.

The board also announced a quarterly dividend of 4 cents a share payable July 1 to shareholders of record on June 4.
