Nominations for the Publishing Executive Hall of Fame are now being accepted. Each year, exceptional professionals from production and manufacturing at magazine and book publishing companies are inducted into the Publishing Executive Hall of Fame (formerly PrintMedia Hall of Fame). The inductees represent the best of the best, and are honored for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the publishing industry.
Last year’s inductees included John Blanchard, vice president, manufacturing, Reed Business Information; Shona Burns, executive director, production, Chronicle Books; and Mark W. White, vice president, manufacturing and distribution, U.S. News & World Report. Nominations for the 2010 Hall of Fame are due June 1. Inductees will be honored at the 23rd annual Gold Ink Awards & Hall of Fame Gala dinner on Monday evening, Oct. 4, held during Graph Expo ’10 in Chicago.
