Newbay Media Acquires Assets of Pro AV From Hanley Wood

(Press Release) NEW YORK, NY (September 9, 2011)—NewBay Media has announced that they have acquired the assets of Pro AV from Hanley Wood, including the magazine’s web assets, editorial content, and subscriber lists.
