The Niles, Ill.-based direct marketing and print company took the opportunity to unveil its latest turnkey publishing and marketing tool, Monogram, on Oct. 19 at the DMA09 Conference and Exhibition in San Diego.
The program gives marketers the tools to retain customers and increase relevance through the production of customized designs and messages. “[Monogram] starts with a custom-built, secure online portal which allows multiple team members to leverage first-hand content-rich variable customer data, and output intelligent communications on demand,” stated Adam LeFebvre, Specialty Print Communications’ president.
